After more than twelve years at AT&T, David helped found USDA in 1997. Since then he’s led the company from start-up to its current position as the largest non-telco provider of wholesale directory assistance based in the U.S.
Charlie brings vast industry and leadership experience to USDA. After over a decade at AT&T, Charlie held executive positions at INFONXX before becoming President of Excell Services where he oversaw the company’s acquisition by Operator Services Company (OSC). Following the combined company’s acquisition by INFONXX, Charlie became CEO & President of INFONXX’s Global BPO company (later renamed kgb, then Conduit Global). Charlie also started the Voice Discovery Services at Spoken Communications where he landed many former iTouchpoint customers and acquired Earthlink’s (formerly ITC DeltaCom) OS/DA business. Prior to joining USDA, Charlie was at WiMacTel where he oversaw that company’s rebranding to viiz communications and was instrumental in viiz’s acquisition of kgb’s DA/OS customer base.
Outside Legal General Counsel
Sandra has served as USDA’s legal counsel since its beginning in 1997. She has more than three decades of experience in areas of Corporate/Business Law and Banking & Finance. A magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University, Sandra earned her BSFS degree in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate at the Georgetown University Law Center in 1986. After a year of volunteer work in Chontales, Nicaragua, Sandra was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar Association in 1986 and to the United States District Court, District of Rhode Island in 1987.
